Fall 2020 Trends

Hey guys!

Here at Wonderfully Made we aim to provide more classic cuts, prints and styles that can last your closet for years to come. On the other hand, who doesn't love to be in style?! So we've compiled a list of the top trends for Fall 2020 to keep you in the loop. Take the trends that fit your wardrobe and run with it! There are several out there, but we picked our favorite 5- because who has time to read for an hour!

1. Sequins {and metallics}! Who doesn't love some sparkle. I personally love some shimmer and sparkle around the holidays! We hope to sell our fall inventory and bring some sparkle out for the holidays! Stop by our Facebook page to let us know what you think!

2. Marigold. As a Southern Miss fan, I love all things gold! This is such a beautiful color, it makes me think of my Mamaw and driving through the mountains watching the fall leaves change. This is the color we had in mind choosing our color-block top with the elbow patches!

3. Capes. These are great for fall, they allow some wind and air in when you get too hot, but cover your shoulders up to take the chill off. Capes are also great to pair with a bulky sweater that won't fit in your normal coats.

4. Plaid- it's not fall without some plaid! This year chunky plaids and patchwork are in. I love to pair a flannel or plaid with a t-shirt on those light fall days.

5. Bows! Bows to me are always a struggle. In high school- yes, high school- particularly my sophomore year I loved to wear a gross-grain bow in my hair. When we lived in Japan the bow took on a whole new level. Japanese women wear bows on their clothing in such a delicate, beautiful way. I hope to incorporate more bows in my wardrobe and also in our shop!

Honorable mentions: some oldies but goodies are tweed, floral prints, and one of my personal favorites- the ruffle neck blouses and dresses.
