Returns & Exchanges


Our customers are our favorite! We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! We do have a returns and exchange policy below, but please reach out to us first so we can get you what you need! We want you to feel beautiful and confident in the items in your closet! We do use this below as a guide when handling returns and exchanges, so please read it and also check your size/ measurements on the size guides.

TO START A RETURN: Email us at returns@wonderfullymadems.com. Include your email and order number, let us know what you didn't like about your product, what you would like to do to resolve the issue with your product. We will respond within 5 business days about next steps. Please read the policies below about our returns policies.

Returns and exchanges are allowed if initiated 7 days after items are received. Please verify the  reason required. You are also responsible for return shipping. Returns are allowed for exchange or store credit only.


For returns and exchanges, items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also must be in original packaging (when applicable) with tags attached. We would love to work with you to help you find the right fit so items won’t need to be returned- so feel free to reach out to us or check out or size guides!
 
Items exempt from being returned or exchanged: gift cards, visibly worn items, clearance/ sale items, swim wear, services, other items clearly marked non-returnable. Items that have been washed are not eligible for refund. We do personally check each item for defects, but we are human and it's possible to get an item with a problem we did not see.
    
Returns require original proof of purchase mailed with item (invoice from packaging). Customer is required to pay return shipping. If you are deemed eligible for store credit, return shipping will be credited with your store credit. Please hold onto your tracking information in case you need it later when contacting us. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your           request once we receive your package. We cannot take responsibility for the item until it reaches our store.

Within your return, please include a note with the following information:
        Your Name
        Your Order Number
        Your email address
        Reason for return
        Proof of purchase- you can send a copy of your order email for this

Sale Items: Only regularly priced items may be refunded, clearance and final sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us first to be sure we have the desired size available. Then, add to your note (along with above information) what size you want to exchange for. Please put ATTN: EXCHANGES on the return address.

If items are over $75 in value, please consider using a trackable shipping service for returns, we cannot process returns until the item is received back to our location in correct condition.

Damaged Items
We personally and thoroughly inspect each item when it comes to our facilit before it is sent out. We know returns and exchanges are a headache so we strive to only approve quality product! But should you get a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at (wonderfullymadems@gmail.com) or on Facebook Messenger with a picture of the item within 7 days of receiving your order. If damage occurred in shipping, we cannot be responsible for the damages.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Wonderfully Made is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or shipping        issues once the package leaves our facility. Once the package leaves our facility,   it is the responsibility of USPS- please watch your tracking information for updates on the location of your package. The carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact our customer support team so we can assist you. We will do our best to accommodate these issues, but again once the package leaves our facility we don’t have control of the shipping process.

Address Changes
Please be sure to confirm your mailing address is correct before placing            your order. Should you require an address changes, it must be made during      regular business hours, Tuesday- Friday 11AM-5PM. Email us directly at          wonderfullymadems@gmail.com. with subject line: Attn: ADDRESS CHANGE
Email MUST include: Name, Order Number, Phone number and full correct            shipping address, date order was placed

*Please note it can take up to 7-10 business days to get through emails. Please    contact us as soon as possible with an address change. If your order ships with    an incorrect address, please contact the shipping carrier for further information.    Again, once a package is shipped, we are no longer responsible for your package.
